As we continue to nurture our focus on connecting an international audience with a diversity of art practices and representation from across the South Asian region and its diaspora, our curation at the fair leans into topical discourses that hold resonance in the region today, from identity politics and nationhood; to reinterpretations of oral and written traditions and rituals; the marginalization of cultural communities based on caste, gender, geographical location, etc.; the asymmetry of progress and planned chaos of urbanity; as well as psycho-social and philosophical frameworks of the human condition, among others.
